LAUNCHED LIFE WITH HOLLY LIFESTYLE
I’ve been on YouTube since I was 14 years old, I did singing covers, haul videos, and beauty style videos. In 2019, I decided to stick to sharing social media + entrepreneurial tips so Life With Holly Lifestyle was created!
FIRST DREAM COLLABORATION
I’ve been a fan of Cuyana for as long as I can remember – I got one as a gift and I loved it so much. The quality of their tote bags is amazing and when they reached out to send me a tote bag, it was a dream come true!
100% WORK FROM HOME
When the pandemic hit, I was stuck at home like everyone so my content shifted to work from home videos. I have always had a love for desk setups and creating an aesthetic space so I shared a lot in 2020!
GOT MARRIED!!
Ended the year by getting married to my high school sweetheart! It may have been a crazy year, but it’s a year I will never forget.
HIT 5,000 FOLLOWERS ON YOUTUBE
I hit 5,000 followers on YouTube! I didn’t think I would ever get here!
MOVED TO USA
I moved to Seattle, WA to be with my hubby. I moved out of my parent’s house and moved 16 boxes across the border! I got to decorate my house with the hubby and create our own cozy home.
TOOK A HIATUS
Since Poi & Hun blew up with sales in 2020, I spend 2021 focused on Poi & Hun and didn’t post that much on Life With Holly. I was still able to upload a video once a month!
DREAM DESK COLLABORATION
Even though I wasn’t posting as much as I use to, I was able to secure a collaboration with Grovemade – they are a desk accessory company that I looked up to, and was so happy to get a desk makeover!
BACK ON YOUTUBE
Things started settling in for Poi & Hun! We moved out of our home into an office + warehouse – a dream come true! I shared a lot on my YouTube about this transition and started to get back into videos!
DECIDE TO FOCUS ON TIKTOK
Near the end of September, I decided to give myself a challenge. I wanted to focus on TikTok and see how it goes. I niched down to desk content and posted every day consistently. I ended up growing super fast and continued sharing daily content!
GREW TO 4,000 TIKTOK FOLLOWERS
Within 3 months, I was able to grow to 4,000 TikTok followers!
RELEASE WEBSITE
After a year, I finally released this website! It took me a whole year to finish this website and I’m so excited. I have so much planned!
I HIT 10k FOLLOWERS ON TIKTOK!
4 months into 2023 and I’m at 10k followers on TikTok!
WHAT’S NEXT?
This year, I will continue creating content on YouTube and TikTok but I will be focusing on Instagram Reels. I want to share more talking videos also and create content with my Fujifilm X100V rather than my phone.
